Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We ship across the UK with a flat £3.99 delivery charge. Estimated delivery is 8–14 days from the date you order. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, where available.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Shipping is a flat £3.99, shown automatically at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days, please contact us.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All card payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never store your card details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually modify or cancel it. Contact us as quickly as possible through our contact form with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

What's your returns policy?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
