Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Shipping cost

A flat rate of £3.99 is applied to every UK order at checkout.

Delivery times

Estimated UK delivery is 8–14 days from the date you order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays or events outside our control.

How your order is fulfilled

• JustImagine works with trusted third-party suppliers, and your order may be shipped directly from a supplier. If you order more than one item, they may arrive separately.
• We do not currently offer express, next-day, or named-day delivery.
• We're unable to redirect an order once it has been dispatched.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, we'll email a tracking number to your registered address after dispatch. Not all shipments include carrier tracking.

Lost or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, please contact us through our contact form and we'll raise an investigation with the carrier.
