Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, the European Union and Australia. Use the country selector in the header to switch — prices update to your local currency.

Shipping cost

Delivery is free on every order, to every country we ship to. There is no minimum spend and nothing added at checkout.

The price you see is the price you pay

Delivery is included. Any import duties or taxes are already covered in the price you pay at checkout, so there is nothing further to pay when your order arrives. In the unlikely event a carrier asks you for a customs charge, email support@justimagine.mobi with the paperwork and we will reimburse you.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery from the date you order:

United Kingdom — 8 to 14 days
United States — 7 to 15 days
European Union — 8 to 16 days
Australia — 8 to 16 days

These are estimates rather than guarantees. They can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control.

How your order is fulfilled

JustImagine works with trusted third-party suppliers, and your order may be shipped directly from a supplier warehouse. Where possible we ship from a warehouse in your own region.
If you order more than one item, they may arrive separately and on different days.
We do not currently offer express, next-day or named-day delivery.
We are unable to redirect an order once it has been dispatched.
