Privacy Policy

We are a small online shop and we hold very little about you. This page is all of it. JustImagine runs justimagine.mobi and is responsible for the data described here.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email address and delivery address. Payment goes straight to Shopify Payments — we never see or store your card details. If you message us, we keep the message. And like most websites we collect basic usage data through cookies: your IP address, browser and which pages you looked at.

That is the lot. We do not ask for anything we do not need.

Why we have it

To send you your order and sort out anything that goes wrong with it, to keep the records tax law requires, and to keep the site working. We only send marketing email if you have opted in, and every one of those has an unsubscribe link.

Who else sees it

  • Shopify — runs the shop and stores the data on our behalf.
  • The supplier who ships your order — gets your name and delivery address, because the parcel cannot reach you otherwise.
  • The delivery carrier — the same, name and address.
  • Meta — we advertise on Facebook and Instagram, so activity on this site is shared with Meta to measure whether those ads work. If you are in a US state that gives you the right to opt out of that, you can do it on our Your Privacy Choices page.

We do not sell your data to anyone.

Where it goes

Some of those companies are outside the UK and the EEA — Shopify in North America, and our fulfilment suppliers in China. Your name and delivery address travel with your order, because that is the only way it gets to your door.

Cookies

The essential ones make the site work. Analytics and advertising cookies only run if you agree through the cookie banner, and you can change your mind there or in your browser whenever you like.

How long we keep it

Order records for 7 years, because tax law says so. Marketing consent until you withdraw it. Everything else, no longer than we need it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop emailing you. Email support@justimagine.mobi or use our contact form, and we will deal with it within a month. You do not need to give a reason.

If you are unhappy

Tell us first — most things are a misunderstanding and we would rather just fix it. If that does not work, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you are in the UK, or to your own country's data protection authority if you are in the EU.

Contact

Anything at all — support@justimagine.mobi or our contact form.
