Terms of Service

These are the terms you agree to when you order from JustImagine. We have written them in plain English rather than legalese — they still mean what they say.

1. Who we are

JustImagine is an online shop based in the UK. We sell to customers in the UK, the US, the EU and Australia. You can reach us at support@justimagine.mobi.

2. Who can order

You need to be 18 or over and living in a country we ship to.

3. Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The deal is done when we email you an order confirmation. Very occasionally we have to cancel one — a pricing error, or something turning out to be out of stock — and if that happens you get your money back in full.

4. Prices and currency

Prices show in pounds, dollars, euros or Australian dollars depending on where you are. The price at checkout is the price you pay: delivery is free everywhere, and any import duties are already covered, so nothing extra turns up later. Prices can change, but never on an order you have already placed.

5. Paying

We take payment when you order, through Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates rather than promises — carriers and customs are outside our control. Full details are on our Shipping Information page.

7. Returns and your legal rights

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return something, then another 14 days to send it back, and we refund within 14 days of it reaching us. Same wherever you are. Our Returns & Refunds page has the detail, including the rights your own country gives you on top of that — we are not trying to sign any of those away.

8. Product descriptions

We try hard to get descriptions and photos right. Colours can look different on screen and there can be small variations between an item and its picture. If something is genuinely not as described, that counts as a fault and you are covered.

9. How we fulfil orders

We are a dropshipping retailer, so some orders ship straight from a supplier warehouse. Your purchase is still with us, and we are the ones responsible for putting things right.

10. Our content

The JustImagine name, logo, design and words on this site are ours. Please do not copy them.

11. Liability

If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for the goods. That limit does not apply where the law says it cannot — including personal injury caused by our negligence, anything dishonest on our part, and the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere you keep the protections of your own country's law and can bring a claim at home — an EU customer does not have to come to a London court.

Long before it gets anywhere near that, please just talk to us. We would far rather fix a problem than argue about one.
