Please read these Terms carefully before using the JustImagine website (justimagine.mobi). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
JustImagine is an online retail store operating under UK law. We source products from third-party suppliers and sell them directly to consumers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in a country we ship to in order to place an order.
3. Orders & Contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the goods. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, due to pricing errors or stock unavailability), in which case you will receive a full refund.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP). The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order via the payment methods displayed at checkout. All card transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
6. Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for full details.
7. Returns & Refunds
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply in full. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for the process and conditions.
8. Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different on screen, and minor variations may exist between products and their images. This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Dropshipping Disclosure
JustImagine operates as a dropshipping retailer. Some or all products are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers. Your purchase is with JustImagine, and we remain responsible for the contract with you.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including the JustImagine logo, branding, design, and copy — is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the value of the goods you purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
